Manuscript Withdrawal

Authors are not permitted to withdraw a submitted manuscript, as such withdrawal constitutes a waste of valuable resources. Editors and reviewers invest considerable time in processing submitted manuscripts, and the publisher dedicates effort to the publication process. Moreover, withdrawal for unethical reasons, such as simultaneous submission to another journal, is strictly prohibited.
