About the Journal

Jurisfinance: Journal of Business, Law, and Financial Studies is a peer-reviewed scientific journal. The journal aims to disseminate high-quality scholarly works that contribute to the development of knowledge in the fields of business, law, finance, and economic governance, both from conventional and Islamic perspectives. The journal serves as an academic platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers to share recent research findings, conceptual studies, and practical insights related to business practices, legal frameworks, financial systems, and economic regulation in contemporary society. Every article published in Jurisfinance is based on original research, critical literature review, or best practices that provide meaningful contributions to academic discourse and professional practice in business, legal studies, and financial analysis. Jurisfinance is published twice a year, in April and October, with a minimum of five articles in each issue. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous editorial screening and double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of the published articles. Authors who wish to submit manuscripts are encouraged to carefully review the Focus and Scope of the journal to ensure the relevance of their research topics to the areas covered by Jurisfinance.
