Peer Review Process

The submitted manuscript is first reviewed by an editor. It will be evaluated, whether it is suitable for AGREGAT: Jurnal ilmiah teknik sipil, focus and scope.

The manuscript and assessment form will be sent to two reviewers (Double Blind Review). Reviewers' comments and form are then sent to the corresponding author for necessary actions and responses.

The suggested decision will be evaluated by editorial team. Afterward, the editor will send the final decision to the corresponding author.

Every submitted article is independently reviewed by at least two peer-reviewers (Double Blind). The decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation.  After being reviewed, there will be four kinds of editor decision based on the reviewers’ recommendation:

1. Accept Submission: The submission will be accepted without revisions.
2. Revisions Required: The submission will be accepted after minor changes have been made.
3. Resubmit for Review: The submission needs to be re-worked, but with significant changes, may be accepted. It will require a second round of review, however.
4. Decline Submissions: The submission will not be published in the journal.

The articles sent back to the authors for revision should be returned to the editor without delay. The revised article returned no more than 10 days. The revised article can be sent to editorial through the Online Submission Interface.
