Minimisasi Makespan Pada Perakitan Daun Pintu Menggunakan Algoritma Nawaz, Enscore, Ham (NEH) Dan Dannenbring

The door production process with an assembly system that has various types of products, must be properly scheduled. The production schedule carried out by the company is accordance with First Come First Serve. The company found inappropriate scheduling for orders received. This is due to the large makespan on the factory floor. This study compares the scheduling performance using the Nawaz, Enscore, Ham (NEH) and Dannenbring algorithms with the company's scheduling, FCFS. The results of the study concluded that the completion time with the NEH algorithm is shorter than the Dannenbring algorithm and the company's scheduling with an efficiency index value of 1.0188.
