RANCANG BANGUN ALAT PENGENDALI DAN PENGAMAT JARAK JAUH KONDISI MOTOR DENGAN INTERNET OF THING BERBASIS ARDUINO

Industry has now touched the 4.0 revolution where the internet has become a major influence in the process of automation and industrial data acquisition. Monitoring and data retrieval systems that are usually done directly touching the physical equipment are now replaced by the presence of the Internet of Things. The Internet of Things offers a remote control system and data retrieval sent through the network. Induction motors are quite important tools in the automation process, so motor maintenance is very important. The author designs a system that utilizes the Internet of Things (IoT) technology to retrieve induction motor condition data remotely integrated with the internet and database. With this system, observations can be made in real-time using only a browser and internet connection. This design requires several sensors to obtain data such as: voltage data using ZMPT101B sensor, current data using ACS712 sensor, motor rotation speed data using Infrared sensor, temperature data using DHT11 sensor, and vibration data using SW-420 sensor. All data obtained will be sent by LoRa RFM95 to the central server integrated with NodeMCU V3.
