Health is the highest gift obtained by humans, especially heart health. The heart is one of the vital organs that humans have and works as a blood pump to meet the needs of oxygen and nutrients throughout the body. As we know, many things can be found in death, one of which is death. is tachycardia heart disease. Tachycardia is a heart condition that you expel more than 100 times per minute. Tachycardia can occur in response to normal conditions, disease, or heart rhythm disturbances (arrhythmias).To maintain a healthy heart is very important.In addition to the heart, body temperature is also important to control the condition of the body with the environment and recognize the symptoms of disease.Body temperature is the difference between the amount of heat produced by body processes and the amount of heat lost to the external environment. A person's high or low body temperature can also be an indicator of his health condition. For this reason, a device is needed to monitor heart rate and body temperature continuously with the aim of facilitating the supervision of a doctor. The heart rate and body temperature measuring instrument is designed based on the Arduino mega using the DS18B20 sensor as a temperature gauge and the Pulse sensor to detect heart rate. This system will be monitored through the website by detecting the heart rate in real time. The system will also send notifications via Telegram as a reminder of abnormal heart conditions. Based on the test, it was found that the system has succeeded in automatically reading the heart rate with a precision value of ±90% when compared to the comparison heart rate.
