Abstract

The main objective of this research is to design and develop a chatbot prototype using the Google Dialog Flow service (Dialogflow) and the instant messaging application Telegram for academic services at the University of Borneo Tarakan. The result of the research is that the chatbot named BorneoBot in the Telegram application successfully responds to the inputted phrase according to the intent and response that has been set on the Dialogflow service..
